No hiring of teachers outside of the NYC school system. Instead, a pool of recently laid off and teachers with UNSATISFACTORY REVIEWS will be hired instead.
Writer, Reader, Student and unabashedly biased critic off all things beer, bars, advertising and politics. And probably other stuff, too. I don't want to limit myself.
