But don't come out and say "The stimulus bill is irresponsible and there is no way I'm taking any more money than is absolutely necessary!" and then take $3.7+ billion of the $3.8 billion that is being given to your state by the federal government like you are some kind of heroic rebel bucking the evil trend of government.
